You can easily integrate SAP Business One, Web client with the Microsoft (MS) Teams application. The integration allows you to access features of the Web client that are normally inaccessible from MS Teams. By clicking on the Web client views on MS Teams tabs, you can access all list, detailed, and analytics views directly within the app.
Using the Web client through MS Teams:
- Facilitates collaboration across teams and departments while working on the same topic.
- Allows users to cooperate and manage their work easily, without changing systems.
A lightweight app package is added to the SAP Business One product package. With this package, you can set up a dedicated SAP Business One app in Microsoft Teams. For details on how to install and set up the SAP Business One app for Microsoft Teams, refer to the Help Portal.
